Staff were extremely friendly, rooms were functional and equipped with fridge, fantastic view, for example.

The stay here was really good for the weekend. The breakfast was free of charge with rubbery eggs and tinned tomatoes, and the restaurant's offer was outstanding. Everything was second to none, nevertheless a few employees were absolutely rude.

Views appeared to be not so great.

The nicest place to stay when travelling to Birmingham. Full English breakfast with plenty of decent meals to choose from. Marvellous and fab location very close to the railway station and easy access to shops and a little shop. Again, walking distance to a landmark mall.

This was a very very good stay on Friday & Saturday night. The location was absolutely perfect, next to shopping and Christmas market as well as food shops and fashion shops and easily accessible. Appreciated the way our suite with a view was arranged.

Free of charge full English breakfast for the rate asked, liked the food choices. This hotel had a central position close to the train station. Plus, it was near to so many restaurant choices around, the Bullring, Cinemas and plenty of restaurants and pubs, and food shops and fashion shops.

Enjoyed a storage, a chair, and an iron in the room. The view was incredibly beautiful of the sunset going down over Birmingham. The location was magnificent and perfect, not far from the Staybridge Suites, shops, grand central station and food, and the midtown, close to the Grand Central, in a lovely area. Had brunch in the The Botanist, located nearby.

When I am in Birmingham, I like staying here. This nicely designed, spotless property has absolutely superb full English breakfasts and extremely helpful staff. The location is excellent and fab, variety of restaurants and bars nearby. And it's minute walk from restaurants and bars.

Had a fine stay during business trip to Birmingham. The room was well-appointed and comfortably furnished, the location was stunning central. I liked that it was minutes from a train station. The staff was friendly multilingual, helped to choose restaurants and bars.

Favourable and magnificent location, close to Shopping District. Close to a train station, easy to get to the hotel. Good Internet, a chair and a lounge available in the queen studio.

The breakfast was superb and gorgeous with baked beans and tomato, for example and frequently replenished. This comfortable hotel had a very central setting adjacent to station.

All in all everything was very good, had a wonderful stay for the weekend. The staff were excellent, best. My room was reasonably large and normal double with an amazing view of the sunset. The location was fantastic, and the reasonably good breakfast was offered. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby The Briar Rose.

The staff were genuinely helpful and friendly multilingual, doing great job. The location seemed absolutely perfect and incredible in a peaceful area. Further, it was so close to city centre and main railway station, and Birmingham for work for 6 months.

There was view missing, I was a little disappointed.

Well-equipped and good value for money room with en suite bathroom and good Internet and sound-proofed windows. Location just off entertainment options all arround, the Bullring shopping center and Grand Central and the Bullring and New Street.

All in all unbeatable location, very close to the Bull Ring shopping center, and the current roadworks and building.
